  • Made circa 1950.
with reverse painted Berainesque decoration within a four-sided compartmentalised border, cracks and small losses

Condition

This decorative mirror with some scuffing and losses to paint of frame and losses and displacing to silvering throughout - visible in catalogue photograph. There is a crack to large top left corner panel which is a replacement, with overpaint and not eglomise. There are some further cracks. Timber backing visible where silvering lacks. Small bottom left corner panel missing.
