  • ivory, rock crystal, gold
  • 7cm., 2 3/4 in wide
rectangular with cut-corners, the lid with an ivory miniature painted with a scene of running carriages, the door of the coach with crowned monogram WR for William IV, the gold mounts chased with foliate garland on a matted ground

Condition

patch of repair to interior of gold mount, glass panel to lid has been re-fitted, miniature paint flaking.
