Pair of sapphire, emerald and diamond ear clips

The surmounts set with brilliant-cut diamonds and a cabochon emerald, suspending a similarly set lower section issuing a tassel of graduated sapphire beads, length approximately 85mm, clip fittings, maker's mark.

One ear clip stamped to reverse with 750 for 18 carat gold and with maker's mark AV XO. Emeralds green, sapphires mid blue, both transparent, with typical inclusions visible to the naked eye, some surface-reaching, some areas of minor chipping and wear. Diamonds bright and lively, estimated total diamond weight approximately 5.00 - 6.00 carats. Light scratches to metal surfaces consistent with wear. Clip fittings secure, with good tension. In good condition. Each length approximately 84mm.
