The reeded rectangular case with circular-cut and baguette diamond thumb piece, opening up to reveal a compartment, measuring approximately 86 x 58 x 25mm, Italian maker's mark for Illario, gross weight approximately 130 grams.
Condition
Stamped 750 for 18 carat gold, Italian maker's mark 26 AL for Illario, 1938-1944, maker's mark C/F, numbered 574 to box lip. Diamonds bright and lively, estimated total diamond weight approximately 0.40 - 0.60 carats. Hinge intact, box closes securely. Scratches to metal surfaces consistent with wear. In good condition. With case stamped Faraone.
