Pair of sapphire and diamond earrings

Each of pendent design, set with a pear-shaped sapphire framed by brilliant-cut diamonds, suspended from a scrolled brilliant-cut diamond surmount, post and clip fittings, maker's mark.

Each clip stamped 750 for 18 carat gold. Sapphires light-mid purplish blue, transparent, some typical inclusions visible under magnification such as silk, crystals and feathers, a few are surface reaching and causing cavities. Sapphires with small chips, surface scratches and some rubbed facet edges. Diamonds are bright and lively, estimated total diamond weight approximately 2.50-3.00 carats, estimated clarity VS, some SI. Estimated colour H-J as graded within the limitation of the mount. Mount with light scratching. Clips with tight tension. Length approximately 52mm each. Overall condition good.
