Of rectangular design, the curved top and base of matte finish, the top and push piece inset with brilliant-, circular-cut and baguette diamonds, the split lid opening to reveal a cigarette compartment, a lidded powder compartment, lipstick holder and mirror, measuring approximately 155 x 70 x 19mm, signed Faraone, maker's marks for Carlo Illario, numbered, total weight approximately 380 grams, fitted case.

Signed Faraone Milano to inside of case edge. Numbered 590, maker's mark and 750 underneath mirror. Powder compartment lid edge numbered 590 and stamped 750. Diamonds are bright and lively, estimated total diamond weight approximately 1.50 carats. Some surface scratches to metal. Lid closes securely. Thumbpiece slightly stiff and needs a push to open. Interior with light scratching. Measuring approximately 155 x 70 x 19mm. Total weight approximately 380 grams. Overall condition good.
