The rectangular cream dial with Arabic numerals, to arched shoulders and a textured cord with enamel deployant clasp, mechanical movement, dial and case signed Cartier, numbered, French assay and maker's mark, case stamped Cartier.

Condition

Please note that Sotheby's does not guarantee the future working of the movement. Mechanical movement running at the time of cataloguing, movement signed European Watch and Clock Co Inc. Inside case signed European Watch and Clock Co France. Dial signed Cartier France, case signed Cartier on side and numbered 2703 3317, reverse of case inscribed E.C.A. Clasp stamped with French assay marks for 18 carat gold, maker's mark and numbered 1363. Each terminal stamped with French assay marks for platinum and with maker's mark. Dial has been restored. Hands with some loss of blued steel colour. Metal surfaces with scratches and small dents. Enamel with some chips and surface scratches. Clasp closes, opens easily. Textured cord with some wear. Overall condition commensurate with age and wear.
