Claw-set with a circular-cut ruby weighing 1.81 carats, within a surround of circular- and single-cut diamonds, size J.
Condition
Accompanied by GCS report number 5776-3130, stating that the 1.81 carat ruby is of Burmese (Myanmar) origin, with no indications of heat treatment.
Ruby pinkish-red, transparent, with typical inclusions visible under magnification, some surface-reaching fissures, measuring approximately 6.8 x 6.7 x 4.9mm. Diamonds bright and lively, mixed colours and clarities, estimated total diamond weight approximately 0.80 - 1.00 carats. Ruby slightly loose in mount. Scratches to metal and ruby surfaces consistent with wear. In good condition.
