The openwork articulated plaque of garland design, set with circular-, single-cut and rose diamonds, illustrated as a choker on black ribbon, brooch fitting detachable.
Condition
Indistinct assay marks and stamped with the letter A to reverse on both sides. Diamonds bright and lively, estimated total diamond weight approximately 6.00 - 8.00 carats. Largest diamond weighing approximately 0.80 - 1.20 carats. Diamonds estimated to be approximately I-J colour, SI - I clarity on average, as graded within the limitations of the mount. One floral motif deficient. Attachable to black velvet choker via slide fittings, and to brooch fitting via screws at corners. overall dimensions of plaque approximately 52 x 78mm. Choker approximately 310mm x 50mm. Light scratches and areas of discolouration to metal surfaces consistent with age and wear. In good condition.
