Set with a cushion-shaped green beryl, the mount highlighted with brilliant-cut diamonds, size J, signed Mtd. Cartier, case stamped Cartier.

Condition

Accompanied by a facsimile of a letter from Cartier London, dated 18th November 1969, discussing possible designs for the ring mounting. Signed Mtd Cartier to interior of shank towards shoulder. Beryl pale green in colour, transparent, very minor inclusions visible under magnification, measuring approximately 27 x 10.9 x 17.4mm, calculated to weigh approximately 30.87 carats. Diamonds bright and lively, estimated total diamond weight approximately 0.40 - 0.80 carats. Very minor chips to facet edges and light scratches to stone and metal surfaces consistent with age and wear. In good condition.
