Designed as two palm leaves, set with brilliant-cut diamonds and circular-cut sapphires, signed Kutchinsky, British hallmark. 

Condition

British hallmark for London, 18 carat gold, date letter h for 1963 to reverse. Signed Kutchinsky, inscribed SPKK FIR by brooch fitting. Sapphires mid blue, transparent, with typical inclusions visible under magnification. Diamonds bright and lively, estimated total diamond weight approximately 1.20 - 1.40 carats. Light scratches to surfaces consistent with wear. Pin fittings secure. In good condition. Overall dimensions approximately 70 x 50mm.
