Pair of coral, lapis lazuli and diamond bangles, Cartier

Each composed of fluted beads of coral and lapis lazuli respectively, the clasp of hook design pavé-set with brilliant-cut diamonds, inner circumference approximately 170mm, signed Cartier, French assay and maker's marks. 

Accompanied by CISGEM report number 4258, stating that the piece contains coral. Each piece signed Cartier Paris, with French assay marks for 18 carat gold and platinum, marked 750 for 18 carat gold, stamped with maker's mark for Cartier on clasp. Coral bangle numbered 045680 on clasp. Coral beads approximately 14.4mm diameter, lapis beads approximately 14mm diameter on average. Coral light orangey pink, lapis deep blue, both opaque. Second lapis bead from clasp hook broken and restuck. Light scratches and very minor chips to areas of coral and lapis beads and lights scratches to metal surfaces consistent with age and wear. Diamonds bright and lively, estimated total diamond weight approximately 2.00 - 3.00 carats. Clasps secure, with good tension. In good condition.
