The dial panelled with mother of pearl, with applied Roman numeral indicators at 12, 3, 6 and 9, within a frame collet-set with cabochon sapphires, the case and foot of rose quartz, the base concealing the retractable winder, measuring approximately 80 x 65 x 37mm, signed Cartier, numbered, French assay and maker's marks, fitted case stamped Cartier.

Please note that the movement has not been tested for the accuracy of its time keeping and therefore a service should be carried out in the near future at the buyer's expense. French assay mark for gold. Signed Cartier Paris Londres New York. Maker's mark. Rose quartz with hairline fractures, typical crystal structure and inclusions visible. Mother of pearl with green and rosé overtones. Sapphires well matched in colour, typical inclusions visible under magnification. Scratches and slight discolouration to metal in parts. In good condition. Case with signs of wear and dirt to silk and velvet.
