Description

Claw-set with a step-cut emerald, to a geometric mount set with rose diamonds, size Q1/2.

Condition

Accompanied by GCS report no. 77100-33, stating that the emerald is of Colombian origin, with indications of moderate clarity enhancement. Stamped 750 for 18 carat gold and partial mark Pt for platinum on interior of shank. Emerald mid green, transparent, with typical inclusions visible to the naked eye, some surface-reaching, measuring approximately 9.5 x 8.3 x 4.5mm, calculated to weigh approximately 2.70 carats. Diamonds bright and lively, estimated total diamond weight approximately 0.15 - 0.30 carats. Scratches to metal and emerald surfaces consistent with wear, slight casting flaw to base of metal shank and slight distortion to stone setting. In good condition.
