Description

The step-cut emerald claw-set to a mount pavĂ©-set with circular-cut diamonds, between baguette diamonds shoulders, size 56.

Condition

Accompanied by IGI report no. 41596, stating that the step-cut emerald calculated to weigh approximately 10.00 carats, is of Colombian origin, with a moderate amount of foreign material in fissures/cavities. Please note that Sotheby's is not responsible for the accuracy of any estimated weights provided by gemmological certificates. Stamped Pt 900 for platinum. Emerald green, with typical surface-reaching inclusions, scratches, nicks and chips. For more information on the emerald, please refer to the IGI report. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 4.50 - 5.50 carats, on average H-I colour, VS-SI clarity, as gauged and graded in the mount. Signs of wear to the metal. In good condition. Gross weight approximately 16 grams.
