Two gem set brooches and a citrine necklace

One brooch of openwork floral design, set with circular-cut and an oval citrine, supporting pear-shaped citrines and an amethyst; the other set with an oval amethyst accented with rose diamonds and two seed pearls; the necklace designed as a line of oval citrines framed with textured gold motifs, length approximately 455mm, three small gold motifs deficient, fitted case.

Citrines orangy yellow of medium saturation, good transparency, few cavities, chips and scratches. Amethysts purple of medium to strong saturation, good transparency, minor nicks and scratches. Seed pearls of white body colour, with good skin an lustre, small pinpoints and growth marks. Clasps secure. Evidence of wear to the metal, small signs of tarnish, four small gold motifs deficient. In overall good condition. Total gross weight approximately 83 grams.
