The rectangular case decorated with lozenge motifs, the lid embellished with square-cut sapphires, the thumbpiece set with calibré-cut sapphires, measurements approximately 110 x 85 x 17mm, signed Faraone, numbered, Italian assay and maker's marks, gross weight approximately 255 grams.
Condition
Signed Faraone Milano, numbered 629, Italian maker's mark. Italian assay mark and stamped 750 for 18 carat gold. Sapphires well matched in colour, blue, in overall good condition. Minor signs of wear to the metal. In very good condition. Gross weight approximately 255 grams. Measurements approximately 110 x 85 x 17mm.
