註：林風眠於一九七七年十月離滬移居香港，七九年致函王一平等，將留在上海中國畫院之一百零五幅作品，捐贈國家。

本輯兩幅乃畫家寫贈王氏，並署其上款，或為離滬時寫贈誌念。

私人收藏近代名家書畫（編號1392-1399）

本輯出自上海著名書畫收藏家王一平舊藏。王一平（1914-2007），山東榮成人。一九三二年加入中國共產黨，從戎，參加內戰，五一年從部隊轉業至上海，長期擔任上海市委領導工作，歷任市委常委、組織部長、秘書長、書記處書記。文革中遭迫害，「四人幫」下台後復出，任市委書記、副市長、市政委主席。中共「十一大」中央委員，「十二大」、「十三大」為中央顧問委員會委員。

王一平長期擔任軍政要職，惟嗜藝術，好收藏古代書畫，又與不少畫家有交往，如滬上名家謝稚柳、陸儼少等，多有作品寫贈，晚年將其古代書畫藏品慨捐上海博物館等文博單位，部份近代書畫則陸續釋出。本輯即在上世紀九十年代中期轉歸現藏者。
