- Three erotic scenes
- All pen and brown ink and wash over traces of black chalk, within brown ink framing lines;
all signed in pen and brown ink: J.M.Moreau le Jeune and one dated: 1789;
each sheet inscribed and numbered, verso: Le Chatouillement 242, L'avant-goût 243 and L'achèvement 244
Condition
All three drawings are hinged along their upper edge to a card backing, but are otherwise free. There is some very minor discoloration to the sheets and a small, diagonal crease to the lower left corner of L'avant-goût. Otherwise in very fine condition with the medium fresh and vibrant throughout. Sold in a modern painted frame.
