Condition
Colour:
The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate although the tonality of the background is slightly lighter in the original.
Condition:
This work is in very good condition. Close inspection reveals a few minute specks of loss and some light wear to the lower edge and towards the upper right edge of the composition. Further close inspection reveals a faint stretcher bar mark towards the edges. There is a speck of surface loss towards the centre of the upper edge. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultraviolet light.
