Condition
This work is in excellent condition overall. The canvas is unlined. The surface pigment inconsistencies are consistent with the artist's working method and choice of medium. The peaks of impasto appear well intact. There is evidence of scattered stray medium. Under close inspection, there are a few scattered pinpoint surface accretions and some scattered areas of unobtrusive, stable pigment craquelure. Only visible under very close inspection, there are a few very minor, unobtrusive pinpoint losses to the pigment along the lower quadrant. Under Ultraviolet light inspection, there is no evidence of restoration. Framed.
