Condition

This work is in good condition overall. The sheet is hinged on the reverse to the mat at the four corners. There are artist’s pinholes at the four corners. The edges of the sheet are deckled. The sheet exhibits pale time staining. There are undulations and minor creasing throughout. The pigment rubbing and stray medium are consistent with the artist's chosen medium and working method. Under close inspection, there are a few minor areas of foxing at the center left about an inch from the edge of the sheet. Under close inspection, there is evidence of a 4 inch repair to the sheet in the upper right corner along the edge. Framed under glass.
