Condition

This work is in good condition overall. The canvas is unlined. The vellum sheet is mounted on canvas and exhibits pale time staining. The edges of the vellum are unevenly cut, due to the artist's working method. There is a minor loss to the vellum in the lower left corner, and upper left edge. The ink exhibits notable fading, particularly in the black pigment. There are signs of wear to the turning edges of the canvas, which are painted. Unframed.
