  • Lot comprising six engravings:
  • print
four etchings depicting ironworks for the place Stanislas in Nancy after Lamour (the biggest one: 15 1/2 x 25 1/2 in), a view of the château de Lunéville d'après L.E. Héré de Corny, circa 1750, a portrait of the Bishop Aegidius de Beauvau, circa 1682 ; framed

Condition

The illustration of the catalogue is accurate but two etchings are not illustrated : a view of the château de Lunéville and the portrait of the Bishop Aegidius de Beauvau. There are minor stains due to water, some foxed stains and minute rubbed areas. There is a vertical fold with a lighter colour to two etchings of the ironworks for the place Stanislas in Nancy (visible to the two upper etchings on the printed catalogue). There are many folds to the etching of the château de Lunéville. The modern frames are in good overall condition with minor chips.
