Condition

Light toning, a few scattered spots, some wrinkling. The sheet is not laid down, but the upper and lower margins are folded around a backing sheet. Height dimension is sight. Period frame (refinished): 13 1/2 by 11 1/2 inches.

Catalogue Note

Christianna Roush (1847-1925) was born the third child of Simon Roush, a stone mason, and his wife, Lydia. In 1866, she married Jacob Rauch (1845-1928).
