couchés, la tête tournée sur le côté, les yeux exorbités, la gueule entrouverte découvrant de puissants crocs, l'épine dorsale saillante, les ondulations multicolores du pelage finement figurées sur fond bleu foncé, socle en bronze doré de style rocailledatant du XIXe siècle d'où émerge un bouquet fleuri entre les pattes de l'animal (2)

Condition

Small areas of loss to the enamels around the edges of both lion dogs and around their mouths. Both dogs are fixed to the bases with screws. The colours are vibrant, the gilding rich with very light traces of wear.
