Le tableau apparaît dans un état de conservation satisfaisant. Il est peint sur un panneau de bois tendre fait d'une planche non parquetée, légèrement cintrée. Il est sous un vernis ancien, encrassé. On constate des soulèvements et manques dans la partie centrale sous le Christ. A la lampe UV : Le tableau apparaît sous un vernis vert uniforme. On constate une restauration circulaire d'un centimètre de diamètre au-dessus du bourreau en jaune. Quelques petits points de restaurations au-dessus de la tête du Christ. Vendu sans cadre. The painting is in an overall satisfying condition. It is painted on a softwood panel made of one uncradled board, slightly curved. It is under an old dirty varnish. We can see some small chips about to come off and lacks of painting in the centre under the Christ. Under the UV light : the painting appears under a green uniform varnish. We can see a one diameter restoration above the yellow torturer. Few small stains above the head of the Christ. Sold unframed.
