Description
- La Crucifixion
- Huile sur panneau entoilé
- 39,5 x 30 cm ; 15 1/2 by 11 3/4 in
The painting is in a satisfying overall condition. We can see few abrasion in the golden ground which make the red preparation appeared. These abrasions can be seen in the photography. We can see few lacks of painting in the figures in each upper corner. Few lack of painting in the left hand of the Christ and around the angels between the good thief and the Christ.
Under the UV lamp : the painting appears in a green uniform varnish. We cannot see any specific restoration.
Good overall condition considering the period of creation.
