the pear-shaped body rising from a splayed foot, flanked by a pair of loop handles in the form of dragon heads, covered in archaistic taotie patterns with a band of lappets at the foot

Condition

The vase is in overall good condition, but there is a dent to one side of the foot and a minor dent to one side of the rim. There is losses to the gilding the surface and it is covered in a worn green and brown patina. There are minor nicks to the rim and foot.
