each of pear shape, supported on a separately potted but integrally glazed four-lobed stand with projecting flanges, covered overall in a pale lavender-blue glaze

Sotheby's Hong Kong, 18th May 1982, lot 117.
Collection of T.Y. Chao (1912-1999), and thence by descent in the family.

Condition

The vases are in overall good condition. There is a horizontal hairline to one rim with an associated tiny glaze flake. A tiny section of other rim has possibly been lightly polished.
