  • ceramic and bronze
the first decorated with a pair of dragons in pursuit of 'flaming pearls' and a phoenix flying above a peony spray, gilt-metal mounts; the second with six reticulated panels enclosing various flowers

Condition

Left teapot: There is a shallow chip to the underside of the cover. The spout has been broken off and refined. Right teapot: small chips to the underside of the cover.
