First edition, third printing. One of the approximately 500 copies for ABA members with tipped-in "The Author's Apology" leaf signed by Fitzgerald,

[With:] 1 page ALS from Fitzgerald  in original mailing envelope tipped in at rear, to a Mr. Heilner, 19 June, 1920. Thanking the recipient for his letter and mentioning that he often visits "25 west 45" in order to visit George Nathan "who has published a good deal of my stuff in the Smart Set" and referencing the marriage of a mutual acquaintance. Fitzgerald closes before boldly signing that he looks forward to seeing Heilner's book.
