Catalogue Note

First edition, no. 15 of 760 copies signed and dated by Einstein ("Albert Einstein. 49") on the limitation page. This copy is also inscribed by the editor on the half-title: "To my daughter Margot Marlene Schilpp with lots of love from Dad, Glenview, Ill. Summer 1963." This was the seventh volume of The Library of Living Philosophers, of which Schilpp was the general editor. A fine copy.
