worked as a recumbent dog with the head turned towards its left and resting on its foreleg, depicted with one paw gently placed atop the other, the slender body skilfully rendered with sharply defined ribs flanking its long spinal column, terminating in a long tail curled against its hing leg, the stone of a pale greyish-celadon colour highlighted with light brown veins

The figure is in overall good condition with just expected minute nicks to the edges and tiny natural imperfections to the stone.
