- 57,9cm., 22 3/4 in. over handles
in the form of a wine cistern; oval graduating bellied form, overhanging swirling flute rim, applied foliate cut-card strapwork bands, stylised centaur bifurcated handles, the oval base with lobed band and applied girdle
Condition
Good clear marks, slightly rubbed. The body with a few small bruises around the widest point. Possible erasure at this point. Excellent gauge otherwise. Fine surface scratches.
