en forme d'amphore, l'épaulement arrondi d'où émerge un col fin s'évasant en partie supérieure, le corps fuselé se prolongeant vers un pied sans glaçure, marque à six caractères en bleu sous couverte à la base
Condition
There is a ca. 2 cm hairline crack starting at the rim and extending vertically into the neck, next to another ca. 1.5 cm glaze crack visible inside the neck but not on the outside. There is a ca. 1 cm polished area on the rim exposing the body of the vase which may have been a polished-down glaze flaw. There is a ca. 3 cm horizontal crack running along exterior of the unglazed foot near where it is attached to the base of the vase, with associated minute losses, not visible on the glazed inside of the foot. There is a ca. 1 cm long hairline extending from the footrim into the foot. The actual colour of the glaze is a less bluish tone than the catalogue illustration suggests and the glaze suffused with crackles.
