Condition

The canvas is lined and there is frame abrasion along all edges. Under UV: there are scattered small dots and small horizontal lines of inpainting in the figure's face. There are small spots in his clothing with one dime sized spot 6 inches up from the center lower margin. There are scattered small spots in the background with a dime sized spots 6 inches to the left of the figure's ear and along the top edge. The work retains an old discolored, uneven varnish.
