Condition
Colour:
The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate although the overall tonality is lighter and brighter in the original.
Condition:
This work is in very good condition. The sheet is attached verso to the backing board in several places. There is evidence of handling in places towards the edges. All collaged elements are secure. Visible in the catalogue illustration, there is a small tear to the upper left corner and close inspection reveals some light discolouration from previous framing along all four edges. There is some staining in places, notably to the vertical edges, some of which is likely to be original. The black felt tip pen has slightly discoloured over time, which is in keeping with the artist's choice of media.
