Condition
The canvas has not been lined. There is a pattern of very fine craquelure throughout the surface, however it appears to be stable. Ultra-violet light reveals intermittent strokes of retouching in the extreme left and upper edge and some isolated spots in the background. The picture is in good condition and ready to hang.
Presented in a decorative gilt frame with a nameplate.
