Condition

Overall the condition of the terracotta is very good, with minor dirt and wear to the surface consistent with age. There is a slip to the surface which may conceal some condition points. There is an area of very minor nicks to the hair at the proper left temple. There are a few further minor nicks, including to the proper left knee. There is wear to the wood base, possibly from moisture, having resulted in stable splitting throughout, including an open split on the right side.
