74cm., 29 1/8 in. overall

Condition

Overall the condition of the marble is good, with wear and some dirt to the surface consistent with age. The marble appears to have been placed outdoors for a period of time, resulting in a textured surface. There is a possible restoration to the tip of the proper left ear. There are a few minor chips, notably around the edges of the truncation. There is some slight natural veining to the marble, including at the forehead. There is a loss to the top section of the socle on the right side, and a few further chips. White fill is visible where the socle joins the bust.
