Condition
Overall good condition. The steel shade with a light even oxidation, consistent with age. The typical three cylindrical pegs at the top of the shade have been replaced with three screws. There are 8 small nicks or dents to the body of the shade. The interior of the shade is painted white, having been repainted at some stage in the history of the piece, but still displaying wear and paint losses exposing the base metal. There is a slight corrosion around one of the screw holes at the top of the shade, only visible upon examination from the interior. The black lacquered body with six scratches throughout which have been filled in and/or darkened in color to minimize visual noticeability, three of which additionally present with a shallow dent. The side of the body with a lighter vertical scratch (approx. 5 in.) with three crossing horizontal scratches (approx. 1.5 in.). The ball support for the lower spotlight should be tightened as it does not stay properly fixed in an outward position. The acrylic switch is in good working order.
