Provenance

Pauline Trigère, New York

Condition

Overall good condition consistent with age and gentle use. The upholstery in generally good clean condition, with a faint discoloration on the seat, (4 in.) and a very very faint circular discoloration to the back rest (approx 8 in.). The sofa has two circular pillows (18 ½ in. diameter) that are not illustrated in the catalogue. The reverse of the sofa with a series of small square rubbing losses to the raised weave of the upholstery. The springs of the seat cushion in good order. The feet with minor nicks, scuffs and general wear. A form that is immediately relateable with Kagan, it has a lovely subtle curve and presents very well overall.
