Condition
Overall in good condition. The wood surfaces present with minor surface scratches, nicks and some minor abrasions, consistent with age and gentle use. The desk is fitted with two adjustable drawers and no keys. The chromium plated steel with light abrasion and light scratches. The top surface with two small areas of discoloration to its proper front left end side (approx. 1/4in). Part of a series of designs executed by Wegner in the early 1970s, he interestingly experimented with the interplay of wood and polished metal. Of sculptural and stoic form, the desk presents exceptionally well overall.
