Condition
Overall in good condition. The wood surfaces present with minor surface scratches, nicks and some minor abrasions, consistent with age and gentle use and largely concentrated to the lower portions of the legs. The wool upholstery is not original to the chairs, but in generally good condition, presenting with darker areas of coloration to the top of the back rest as well as on all armrests (particularly at edges where upholstery meets the wood), this is consistent with age and gentle use. The trellis canvas webbing for the seat cushion presents with water stains on both chairs. The upholstery of the ottomans has been recently replaced and is in very good, clean condition. One ottoman has some minor glue at the upper joint of two legs where they meet the seat frame to further stabilize the ottoman and prevent slight movement in the joints.
