Condition
The panel is flat and even. There is a circa 8cm vertical crack near the centre of the upper edge (with a key on the reverse).
Ultra-violet light reveals a fine line of retouching addressing this, and intermittent areas in the background to the upper, lower and left edges, with just a few more minor spots in the composition itself.
The colours are deeper in reality than in the illustration.
This work is sold unframed.
