Condition

In good condition with a variety of metal thread types, including spangles, purl, and other metal threads. Some of the thread has tarnished and discolored. Some of the silk threads also have losses to some of the longer floats or due to oxidation. Minor tears to the foundation fabric. Some fading to silk thread consistent with age. Please note that this work has not been examined out of the frame. Giltwood frame with rubbing and small losses to gesso and gilding.
