after the design by S. Chekhonin, the rim with a basket of polychrome and gilt flowers, wavy gilt edge, with blue hammer, sickle and cog mark dated 1923 and with green Imperial cypher of Emperor Alexander III dated [18]93

Condition

There are two large chips to the inside of the base rim, one of which repaired. Some wear to the gilding of the rim.
