after the design by S. Chekhonin, the cavetto painted with polychrome and gilt hammer, sickle and wheat, the border with a red banner, with blue hammer, sickle and cog mark dated 1921, and with green Imperial cypher of Emperor Alexander III denoting the 150th anniversary of the Imperial factory dated [1]744-[1]894

Excellent condition with some surface scratches.
