oval, the surfaces of translucent white enamel over banded wavy sunburst engine-turning, the front applied with rocaille scrolls hung with four-colour gold floral garlands, pendant loop, the interior fitted with a bevel-edged mirror, struck with workmaster's initials and Fabergé in Cyrillic, 56 and 88 standards, scratched inventory number 58916, in original wood box

Condition

Excellent condition. There is a tiny black pin prick at the front which is visible in the catalogue photo. The reverse with a very shallow enamel loss near the hinge. The mounts crisp and beautifully chased. The case in good order with some wear.
